Round 1
Gabe snaps back the head of Duane Wilson with a stiff jab. "Late Bloomer" stuffs a shot from Duane Wilson and hits him with an outside body shot. Duane Wilson gives up on the takedown and pulls guard. Carter takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in "Bang Bangs" guard. It doesn't pay off as Wilson makes his way to standing. Both fighters begin to exchange "Late Bloomer" catches "Bang Bang" with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets "Bang Bang" gather himself. "Bang Bang" says he is ok and the fight continues. Gabe Carter connects with a hard punch making Duane Wilson bring him in to a tight clinch. Gabe Carter grabs the plum and tosses Duane Wilson to the ground. Gabe Carter throws a short kick to the downed Duane. Duane takes the chance to rise back to his feet.Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
Gabe clinches with Duane Wilson and lands multiple piston shots and short uppercuts to soften up Duane Wilson for a trip takedown, landing Gabe is half guard. Carter slips out of half guard and into side control. "Late Bloomer" drops some hammer fists on Duane Wilson. Duane Wilson gives his back in an attempt to get out of side control. As Gabe spins around to take it, Duane Wilson makes his way back to his feet. Duane narrowly dodges a cross from Gabe Carter, but falls catching him in his guard. Wilson shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. "Late Bloomer" locks a kimura but Duane is too strong and he cannot finish it. He settles for a couple shots to Duane Wilsons face. Wilson stops defending intelligently during a series of heavy strikes. The ref stops the fight.
