Not any real secret. Just take a guy you want to use as a trainer and train him in that stat his entire career. Of course you're going to need another guy to build up too, keep training off of each other. It's hard for me to get to 4 and beyond, I'm usually content with multiple 3.75. I have all 5mil equip and it's still hard to get that 4th *.
