Round 1
Beaulieu connects with a series of punches forcing Fomin into a clinch. Ustin Fomin lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Ustin dodges an uppercut to the chin, though loses his balance and falls to the ground, with Beaulieu standing over him. Heath attempts to drop a fist on Ustin Fomin, but misses and lands in his guard. Fomin shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. Ustin Fomin connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. "The Dark Horse" goes for a kimura from the bottom, but Heath Beaulieu slips out at the last second. Ustin gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
Fomin parries Heaths jab and connect with a cross. Ustin fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Beaulieu. Heath Beaulieu attempts to grab the plum but is tripped to the floor by "The Dark Horse" who lands in his guard. Ustin Fomin takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Heaths guard. It doesn't pay off as Heath makes his way to standing. Ustin narrowly dodges a cross from Beaulieu, but falls catching him in his guard. Beaulieu drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Fomin goes for a kimura from the bottom, but Heath Beaulieu slips out at the last second. While using the guard "The Dark Horse" sets in an unconventional shoulder lock. Beaulieu taps.
