Round 1 St-Pierre connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Norm. Ramon stuffs a shot from Norm Adkins and hits him with an outside body shot. Norm Adkins gives up on the takedown and pulls guard. Norm Adkins is hit with a series of powerful punches while utilizing the guard. Ramon pushes down Adkinss leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. St-Pierre is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Norm Adkins gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Norm starts to wiggle out of back control, St-Pierre lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Norm throws a hard jab but St-Pierre throws a cross right over the top rocking Norm. St-Pierre stuffs a shot from Adkins and lands several shots to his body. Adkins attempts to pull guard but St-Pierre makes it to side mount. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Adkins pushes away from St-Pierre and lands a strong chopping kick to the lead leg. Norm Adkins snaps back the head of St-Pierre with a stiff jab. St-Pierre is on the receiving end of a good punching combination from Norm Adkins. Ramon St-Pierre hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Norm Adkins. Adkins throws a push kick. Ramon shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Norm Adkinss nose.
A shot attempt from Norm Adkins is sidestepped by Ramon St-Pierre who counters with a hard spear of his own. Ramon St-Pierre throws an outside hook that lands flush allowing him to stand up to tower over Norm Adkins.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Norm Adkins throws a hard leg kick but is checked by St-Pierre. Adkins keeps Ramon St-Pierre at a distance with some well timed jabs. After dodging a jab, Norm Adkins lands a kick to the liver of Ramon St-Pierre who steps back only to take a knee. Norm Adkins rushes forward to capitalize but Ramon St-Pierre falls to his back to avoid the onslaught. Norm lays into St-Pierres thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. St-Pierre does so. Ramon throws a hard jab but Adkins throws a cross right over the top that knocks Ramon to the ground. Norm Adkins kicks at the thighs of Ramon. Adkins lays into Ramon St-Pierres thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Ramon does so. Norm connects with a teep to the face of Ramon. Norm Adkins circles Ramon St-Pierre, mixing jabs and leg kicks. The round comes to an end.
