Round 1
Mark Spencer lands a jab, but it is returned by a sick uppercut from Porier. "Rear Naked Choke" lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a strong uppercut. Spencer connects with a series of punches forcing Porier into a clinch. While tied up, Mark Spencer is met with a hard uppercut. Porier connects with a right that puts "Rear Naked Choke" off balance tumbling to the mat, as Porier towers over him. Spencer thrusts his leg into Red Poriers knee while grounded. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
Spencer snaps back the head of Red with a stiff jab. Red Porier eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Spencer. Mark keeps Porier at a distance with some well timed jabs. Spencer parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross. Porier throws a cross that easily dodged by Spencer. Mark Spencer lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a strong uppercut.Round 2 comes to a close.

Round 3
Spencer fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Porier. Red Porier receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Mark. Spencer decides to abandon the clinch by pulling guard and bringing Porier with him. Mark Spencer lands a stiff elbow while on his back. Mark goes for a kimura from the bottom, but Red slips out at the last second. Mark begins to work the rubber guard. "Rear Naked Choke" sinks a kimura, but cannot finish. He settles for a switch into mount. The round comes to an end.
