Round 1
Javi catches a leg kick from "Rushdown", and puts him on the mat. Javi Alvarez drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. " Creepy Neighbor" takes advantage of a mental laps from Ian Robbins and moves into full mount. Robbins gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Javi Alvarez peppers Ian Robbins with several shots to the face. "Rushdown" starts to wiggle out of back control, Javi Alvarez lets him escape putting them both on their feet. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "Rushdown" receives a couple of stiff short hooks in the clinch. Javi Alvarez takes Ians back standing. Robbins isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Javi Alvarez lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Robbins to release. Javi Alvarez blocks a hook cross combo but is pushed backward. Ian tries to press the action but is met with a jab-cross then an uppercut that puts him to on the floor. Alvarez lays into "Rushdowns" thighs with some well timed kicks while Ian Robbins is grounded. Round 1 is over.

Round 2
A wild hook from Robbins is ducked by Javi who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Ian Robbins moves in to press the action, but Javi Alvarez lands a heavy back kick. " Creepy Neighbor" circles "Rushdown", mixing jabs with body shots. Ian connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Javi parries "Rushdowns" jab and lands an uppercut that floors Robbins. Round 2 is over.

Round 3
Javi connects with numerous jabs to the face of "Rushdown". Ian Robbins weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty hook. Robbins parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross. " Creepy Neighbor" winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Ian Robbins is met with a cross and a liver shot that staggers him. Javi explodes forward with a flurry punches that leaves Ian Robbins crumpled on the canvas.
